Victoria Country Homeowners Association Incorporated (VCHOAI) is a non-profit, non-government, non-partisan and non-sectarian organization governing the community & residents of Victoria Country Homes (VCH), Brgy. Obay, Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte 7106. VCHOAI is composed of approximately 700 household members and VCH is covering a land area of 14.4 hectare.
