Type and Description of the Mining Project

The ISAG project plans to extract and process available loose sand and gravel materials along Layawan River to support the ongoing aggregates requirement of government and private sponsored infrastructure projects within the province of Zamboanga del Norte.
The deposit was well exposed in the floodplain and meandering section of the approved area. Extraction requires one (1) unit of backhoe, and then loaded into a 10-tonner dump truck. These trucks then convey the SAG materials in the designated stockpile area located approximately 200 meters along river banks where the SAG materials undergone two (2) types of processing/screening. First process, the SAG materials are loaded into a 2 cubic capacity payloader and dump into a pre-fabricated screen with a 100 mm opening. The undersize will then pass into another pre-fabricated screen with a 50mm opening, then the undersize will transfer into a 5mm screen then into a fine screen of 2mm for the final product. Second process, the SAG materials are dump in bin and passed thru vibrating facilities that will sized into different marketable products.
