TSM Shipping (Phils.), Inc is a member of the TSM Group of companies together with other sub group like TSM Offshore (Phils.), and MST Marine Services (Phils.), Inc.

TSM Shipping (Phils.), Inc. was established in 1988 as a local partner of Thome Ship Management of Singapore. From its humble beginning catering few number of vessels of Thome, TSM has grown and extended its services to various ship-owners providing direct quality manning agency service to mostly European clients. TSM provides quality crew on all commercial vessel segment from various types of tankers to diverse dry cargo vessels including various sizes of bulk fleet.

With its growth, TSM has likewise provided back office services through its Shared Services platform including creation of Port / Ship Agency Service segment.
