TSM Offshore (Phils.), Inc is a member of the TSM Group of companies together with other sub group like TSM MST Marine Services (Phils.), and TSM Shipping (Phils.), Inc.

TSM Offshore (Phil’s.), Inc. has acquired its full term operating license from the Philippine Overseas Employment Agency in April 23, 2014.

The company aims to be the leading provider of quality crewing and other related services for offshore units worldwide. Its aim is to build and expand a crew pool through career progression programs, mentoring and by attracting well qualified offshore personnel in the Philippines.

And the pledge is: to provide our clients with their offshore crewing needs through cost effective, quality service and the use of modern technology with compliance to national and international regulations.

TSM Offshore (Phil’s.), Inc. currently has 60 vessels across various types such AHTS, PSV, Seismic vessels, Seismic Chaser, MPSV, FPSO and FSO worldwide.
Because of the continued growth of TSM Group of Companies, the company has expanded its office in Manila and so TSM Offshore (Phil’s.), INC. is now located at 3rd Floor TSM Group Office, 1753 Dian St. Palanan, Makati City.

Together with our dedicated and valiant staffs and seafarers we aim to provide and lead innovations for crew management and development to better service our wide variety of ship owners, principals and vessel types we cater.
