It is originally a one-bedroom unit converted and expanded into a WIDER studio room that is fully furnished replicating an HOTEL-ROOM-LIKE interior. The room (equipped with a FREE WI-FI ) has a FLOOR AREA of 41 SQUARE METERS that offers MORE SPACE and MOBILITY and can accommodate up to four (4) guests. It is positioned as an END-UNIT giving MORE PRIVACY to its occupants.

Guest Access

Access and use of clubhouse facilities and amenities with corresponding guest fees at minimal rates. It has an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, indoor badminton court, billiard room, outdoor basketball court and tennis court. Big function rooms are also available for family occasions and corporate activities. The Property Administration Office can handle inquiries on matters in the use of the function rooms.

A portion of The Sky Lounge Viewing Area at Tower 3 is now open for free viewing of the scenic Taal Lake and Volcano. All users are required to register with the assigned Receptionist and/or Security Guard at the Tower 3 on a first come, first served basis. There are only 32 seats dedicated to this area and 2 hours limit of use for each guest is allotted to give way to the next user.
Guests can have access with an authorization from the Unit Owners and is limited to 4 guests for each unit. Resident and guest must agree to abide by and be subject to all the Sky Lounge house rules.

Interaction with Guests

An assigned caretaker-employee of the condominium unit is present to assist guests upon check-in and check-out

The Neighborhood

Surrounding the massive property development is a laid -back community but one can enjoy the breathtaking scenic views of Taal Lake and Volcano. The conveniences of shopping malls, food outlets, strips of popular restaurants, groceries, casino, parks, and amusements, hospitals, churches, public markets and government offices are also within reach in the area. Going to Tagaytay is a short 2 hours drive from the capital city of Manila.

Getting Around

There are buses & jeepneys along the E. Aguinaldo Highway right in front of the SMDC Wind Residences. Having your own private vehicle is more convenient. Parking areas are available at the pay parking area.

For EVENTS or PARTIES, you can inquire at the Property Admin Office for the use of the function rooms inside the clubhouse.

We apologize that cooking is not allowed for safety precautions inside the unit. However, you can bring your own rice cooker, eating utensils and cooked food inside the unit. The microwave can be used for reheating purposes using the microwave-safe dishes and the refrigerator for food storage.

You can coordinate with the Property Administration Office for the use of the clubhouse amenities with corresponding guest fees at minimal rates.

Parking is also available at the pay parking area in front of the property or near the clubhouse area.
