Terms and Conditions:

• 50% downpayment must be settled 2 weeks before the event or earlier, balance must be paid on the day of the
event, AFTER the setup of equipment or BEFORE practice starts.
However , if the total contract price exceeds 50k we require the deposit at least 30days before the event.
• Ingress will be 2-3 hours before the start of the event
• ONLY EQUIPMENT in this master list will be available. Any other gadgets needed will have a minimum of
500/unit charge or more.
• IMPORTANT NOTE: WIlPower Sound Sytems. reserves the right to tear down and / or dismantle the entire
show build up, if at any time, due payments are not received. (on extreme case to case)
• Please provide entry pass or permits for our equipment, service van and crew when required.
• Extension wire for the booth and other facilities of the events for electrical purpose are not supplied by
the sound system.
• Staff of WilPower. is not included as a man power of the event organizer. (please look for the supervisor on
duty for any assistance)
• Down payment is non-refundable in case of event cancellation.
• Security for the staff and equipment must be provided by the organizer.
• 1% interest per day is to be charged for overdue payments after the said event.
• Please provide meals and water for all WilPower staffs which may include ingress, breakfast, lunch and dinner as
necessary.
• Any time excess of agreed schedule will be charged accordingly at 1k/fraction of an hour
• Free sound check 1 hour before the start of the program
• An additional Delivery charge of P 800.00 within QC., Pasig, Cainta, Montalban, Antipolo
P 1,500 Makati and Ortigas area
