It was September 2014 when Chef Victor Daluz Jr. established Vittorio's Steakhouse. After working in different resorts in United States for more than three years, he decided to establish a restaurant that will be named after his father which will introduce US Angus steak matched with his passion for steak. Equipped with the passion for cooking and experience abroad, he personally prepares the steak dishes at Vittorio's Steakhouse to make sure that the steaks are served the way he wants the customers to eat it. One advocacy of Vittorio's Steakhouse is to help the students of Quezon province by making Vittorio's Steakhouse a place where they can sell their artworks. Vittorio's Steakhouse is actually more than just a steakhouse, it was built to be a great place for people to eat and appreciate art.
