Inspired by the success of our parent company JOHNDORF VENTURES CORPORATION which was established since 1981 with headquarter based in Cagayan de Oro; it has its focus on its core business of property development & mass housing construction in the VIZMIN Areas;

HAUSPLUS VENTURES INC. was organized in 2006 with the same set of stockholders of Johndorf Ventures Corporation (JVC). With its corporate objective to expand and engage in property developments in NCR and in some area in the growth region of CALABARZON.

Considering the 20-year experience of Johndorf Ventures Corporation in subdivision development in Visayas and Mindanao and the success of the company’s previous projects, it is in the right direction towards fulfilling its mission to become one of the biggest players in real estate industry in Luzon, specializing in socialized housing for the masses.
