Shipping & Returns

Delivery
• VGM currently ships across the Philippines. Shipping fee is shouldered by the Buyer.
• Shipping schedule is from Mondays to Saturdays only. Rush Orders will not be entertained.
• VGM will ship your order within 24hours after verification of your payment. Kindly give us 24 hours to verify your payments. For faster verification, please ensure that your payment details sent to us are complete with proof of payment attached. Orders with incomplete details will not be processed.
• VGM will ship out your orders to a third party Courier Company (LBC). Once your orders are shipped, we will send you the tracking number through SMS.
• The Courier Company offers delivery service within Major City limits. Any territory beyond the city limits will fall outside the delivery parameter and we would kindly ask you to pick-up your orders from the nearest Courier Company’s (LBC) office.
• VGM’s responsibility for the ordered items will end once it leaves our possession. We have no control over the Courier Company’s delivery schedules. If for any reason you are having difficulty tracking your package, please feel free to get in touch with us and we will do our best to help you contact the Courier Company.
• VGM will not be liable for any damages or lost items incurred during shipping.

Returns
• VGM currently do not offer returns of goods. We do not and we will not ship out damaged items intentionally.

Refunds
• VGM currently do not offer refunds.
• VGM also do not refund if for any reason, the Buyer refused to accept the delivered items, or if the Buyer provided an incorrect delivery address resulting to the return of the parcel to us.

Victory Liner
You may collect your packages through Victory Liner Dispatching Office and will be charge according to Victory Liner's charging rates.
