ValueHealth, Inc. was started as a corporation in 2011 by a group of young professionals with a vision of establishing an affordable multi-specialty and diagnostic facility in Caloocan City. Its main purpose is to be of service to the Filipinos, especially in Caloocan City. One of its goals is to establish a facility that provides high quality healthcare services such as medical consultation, laboratories, and other ancillaries and diagnostic services at affordable prices. It was properly registered as a corporation under the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 2011. And it formally opened to the public on 15th October 2011.
