USEP Institute of Languages and Creative Arts - ILCA

The Institute of Languages (IL) welcomes, you, students to the University of Southeastern Philippines. Created in 2005 by the Board of Regents of the University of Southeastern Philippines, through BOR Resolution No. 3576, the IL is envisaged to be a habitat of the world's unique cultures, a home to many races regardless of philosophy or creed while it stands as an umbrella organization of languages used across the globe, past and present.
