Tugaya (alternate spelling: Togaya) is a fifth class municipality in the province of Lanao del Sur, Philippines. According to the 2015 census, it has a population of 23,814 people.[2] The town is known as the Industrial Capital of Lanao del Sur due to its Maranao crafts which includes gongs, drums, musical instruments, weaves, baskets, and metalwares, among others.
