Tsim Sha Tsui Dimsum and Tea Bar or TST for short, is a new-age concept restaurant that serves light, healthy, and satisfying dimsum that goes perfectly with our fine selection of teas, sodas or even mocktails. Unlike the typical dimsum parlors wherein waiters roll carts between crowded tables that are crammed from wall to wall in a cavernous dining room, TST has a conveyor belt that moves eye-catching dimsum plates around an elongated bar for the diner to pick up when one strikes his fancy; thus, re-inventing traditional dim sum by presenting it as a bar concept. The result is a young, hip, and stylish setting that offers dimsum and drinks until late evening.
