Original concoction of native drinks and native painit (pre-breakfast) foods from Florencia "Trencia" Viente(dec) which were serve among locals thru peddling. Started her own small store at the Valencia public Market in the year 1987.

The secret recipe was handed over to her daughters until now, Trencia's Painitan make the original recipe for "tsokolate", native coffee, puto, bud-bud, etc....

Today, it added a variety of bread, cakes and pastries. A branch opened 2012 and added refreshments and dishes.
