TREE KINGS INCORPORATED is a growing, diversified forest-based company operating in Barangay Cabatuanan, Municipality of Basay, Negros Oriental, Philippines (GPS N 9.518481 / E 122.6533842). The general objectives of Tree Kings Inc. is to assist the government in the reforestation efforts of open and denuded forest lands and at the same time provide employment opportunities to upland dwellers living within and in adjacent areas. It also provides for immediate rehabilitations measures; to restore the vegetation cover while promoting compatible land uses in the area that would result in the sustainable production of forest resources for the present and future generations and at the same time secure soil stability and increase biological diversity.

Tree Kings Inc. has strong human resources, a large base of capital equipment, steady cash flow. To date, the company had planted/established approximately 757 hectares. Improvement and maintenance of the existing road networks had been undertaken and have constructed new roads leading to the remaining planting sites. In addition, they constructed spring boxes, equipment storage areas and a bunkhouse. Likewise, to ensure that the established plantations will be properly protected five (5) look-out towers have been constructed in strategic places complete with communications (handheld radio and cell phones). Other equipment such as bulldozer, 4x4 vehicles, hauler trucks and etc., were purchased for the use in the operations of the project.

About Us
Tree Kings Inc. started in 1994 and owned by Juan Manuel V. Lopez, President and Ma. Lourdes Celina Yanson-Lopez, Finance Secretary. Both are members of prominent families in Negros Island. Scions of families engaged in the logging business and a transportation magnate that operates throughout the country known as Vallacar Transit, Inc.
On their own, they put up a distributorship business, Jarlop Distrubutors Inc. and LEMACEL Trading Corp., operating in Region VI or Western Visayas area and considered as the biggest distributor of Universal Robina Corp. (URC), food and beverage products all over the Philippines which is owned by the Gokongwei Group. The distributorship business has been in operations since 2001 and has monthly average sales of P250M per month.
Tree Kings Inc. has a very clear mission – to harvest plantation timber, customize it to meet the needs of the target market, whilst being accountable for maintaining a sustainable economic enterprise.
Through the application of solid business and forestry practices, and by embracing changes within the industry which created greater efficiency and productivity, it has steadily grown with the industry meeting the requirements of their clients and the demands of the end-users.
