The Villages at Global Clark

The Villages seeks to provide residents, businesses and investors a unique setting where the Live, Work and Play concept can truly come to life.

The Villages is home to Clark International Sports Complex, a multi-sport complex that serves as the anchor of the community. The complex sits on just over 14 hectares of land and will include two (2) professional baseball fields, four (4) wagon-wheel baseball fields, two (2) multi purpose fields dedicated to soccer/rugby, a 2-km jogging path and additional recreational facilities.

The complex will be of international standards where it is our mission to provide the best athletic fields, staff, and equipment, to fully meet the various sports and needs of our visitors. Besides providing an excellent value to our customers, Clark International Sports Complex is committed to creating an unmatched sporting atmosphere that will add to the enjoyment of the general public. Our hope is that through the use of the sports complex, guests enjoyment and appreciation for sports and for life will be enhanced. The first of its kind in the Philippines and Southeast Asia, Clark International Sports Complex will make Clark Freeport Zone a sports destination for the Pacific Rim.

Parkside Green is located in a prime area fronting the Clark International Sports Complex. This boutique community is comprised of a total of 55 two-bedroom two-bath townhouses. Parkside Green also features a clubhouse, swimming pool, sundeck and additional recreational facilities to complement the sports complex. Units will be available for sale or rent. Short-term rentals are also available to service the needs of the Sports Complex.

Ballpark Commons, The Phase 1 commercial component of The Villages will complement the Sports Complex by providing a variety of commercial, retail and dining options.

The +/- 1.8 hectare area will include fourteen 100-SQM new construction commercial spaces for lease. The commercial spaces, each of which sits on a 180-SQM lot, will be housed in three clusters joined together by a promenade fronting the Sports Complex. In addition to the commercial building clusters, Ballpark Commons will include sixteen 180-SQM developed lots available for sale or lease.
