THE STAIRWELL is borne out of a deep love for good, old-fashioned cooking and organic industrial design. No fancy bells and whistles here; just good food done right, served by passionate and dedicated people, in a place where everyone is welcome to dine, share and connect.
We wish to promote local farmers and food purveyors by sourcing most ingredients locally, and we aim to elevate Davao's artists by making our restaurant a showcase of their impressive talent and workmanship. An ambitious feat, but we hope we've succeeded.
No pretensions. We are simply a warm, friendly bunch with an (admittedly) overzealous passion for what we do. We'd like to think we do it well, and we hope you think so too.
