The Searcher Lambunao NHS

Lambunao National High School started as Lambunao Barrio High School in 1967. It started operation in the campus of the present Don Eugenio Ladrido Memorial Elementary School (DELMES). It was supervised by the district supervisor of the elementary school. There were few students then as another high school has long been established in the Poblacion of Lambunao. Through the efforts of the municipal and civic leaders of the town, the School 2as transferred to its present site, which was a former pre-war cemetery, with an area of less than a hectare.

After it was transferred to its present site, the name was changed to Lambunao Community High School and later to Lambunao Municipal High School. Its operation was under the supervision of the Municipal Government most especially on the financial aspect. It became a recipient of the pre fabricated school buildings.
When high schools all over the country were nationalized in 1990, Lambunao Municipal High School became LAMBUNAO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL. That started a new dawn not only to the School but to the entire community. Additional personnel for faculty and staff were hired to look into the instructional needs of the students especially because enrollment rose to thousands. With the advent of new and better educational trends in public high schools in the country, the youth of Lambunao trudged into Lambunao National High School in search of an effective and meaningful education, one that can meet the demands of the changing world.

Today, the School has become a home to productive individuals. Its alumni continues to carved their names in halls of fame whether in the country or overseas. The utmost dedication and loyalty to serve of its men and women stir the educational wheels of this organization that aims to deliver basic and quality learning merchandise, to satisfy the desire of these clients who wish to further their craft.
