Juan D. Nepomuceno Sons, Inc. is the owner and developer of Nepo Center in Angeles City. Also known as the Nepomuceno Realty Group, the company started its operations in the mid-1960’s with the development of Villa Teresa, the premiere subdivision in Angeles City, and Nepo Mart, our flagship enterprise.

Our company strives to live up to the legacy of values passed on to us by our founders, Juan D. Nepomuceno and Teresa G. Nepomuceno, by pursuing and developing business opportunities that bear fruit for all our stakeholders, and improve the quality of life of people in the community.
