The Niche Cafe

　　　　Niche is a term taken from the study of biology, particularly ecology. It is a word that was borrowed from the French word “nichier”, meaning to make a nest. In ecology, it is the status of an organism within its environment and community, or a position, a habitat that an organism is particularly well suited to occupy. In layman’s terms, a niche is the environment, or settings within an environment, where one is most able to thrive.
　　　　
　　　　We believe that this endeavor will provide a niche for our target market, the students. Our café will provide an optimum environment for study, relaxation and mental recuperation so that they could achieve their maximum potential and find their niche in the society at large. In a manner of speaking, we will build a niche so that they could find their niche in life.
