LIVING ROOM
Nice view of Knightsbridge full size swimming pool and Makati Central Business District. You can find the following furnishings in the living room:
1. Flatscreen tv with cable channels.
2. One (1) stand fan (please note that we do not have aircondition on the living room)
3. Landline where you can use to call local numbers. Please do not use this to call mobile or overseas calls.

MASTER'S BEDROOM
The following amenities/furnishings are found in the Master's Bedroom:
1. Queen size bed (75in x 60in)
2. Three (3) pillows, bedsheet, & comforter
3. Two (2) towels
4. Bathroom with hot and cold shower
5. Aircondition unit
6. TV set with player (no cable channels)

SECOND BEDROOM
The following amenities/furnishings are found in the Second Bedroom:
1. One (1) Double size bed (75in x 54in)
2. Three (3) pillows, bedsheet, & comforter
3. Two (2) towels
4. Aircondition unit

2nd BATHROOM
This is located between the living room and kitchen

OTHERS
• Free WIFI with a speed of up to 3.5mbps. You can find the username and password on the notebook that we will give you during check-in
• Rent includes all bills and no other charges
• Please note that there is an on-going construction near the building

Registered guests have full access on the following amenities:

Please note that due to the on-going construction works near the building, there have been some changes on the schedule of the use in swimming pool:
Holidays and Sunday: 9am to 9pm
Saturday: 1pm to 9pm
Regular Days (Monday to Friday): 6pm to 9pm

This may change from time to time depending on the stage of construction.

You can enjoy a relaxing massage at the comfort of your room or just take the elevator down to Spa Ultima for a relaxing spa and sauna treatment.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
CHECK-IN

We will be there to assist you. We will show you the unit and hand in the keys and access card. Please do not lose the keys and access card. In case of loss, replacement fee of Three Thousand Pesos (Php3,000.00 or USD$67) for the access card and Two Hundred Twenty Five Pesos (Php225 or USD$5) for the house keys will be charged.

CHECK OUT
House keys and Knightsbridge access card will be surrendered to us on the day of check out. Please inform us time of check out and flight schedule beforehand. If in case we could not meet you during your check-out time, just leave the keys and access card in our mailing room located at the lobby in between the elevators. Our mailbox number is 1201.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
• When you make a booking, provide us the complete names of the occupants.

• You need to present identification card on the concierge when you checkin.

• Please follow the check-in and check-out time. Early checkin and late checkout is subject for approval.

• Our unit is not a hotel. We do not provide additional furnishings, appliances or supplies other than what is found in the unit

• We do not have a washer/dryer in the unit. There is a laundry service in the building which offers pick up and delivery within 2 - 3 days

• These are self-service condos, no staff will be on-site so there will be no room service, no daily housekeeping service, and no daily change of sheets or towels

• Please understand properties are for residential purposes only and shall not be diverted to other users. Any person/persons hurt or property/properties damaged arising from the use of these properties, shall not hold the property owners, or its employees, any liability or responsibility for any loss, injuries or damages incurred.

• Please take the necessary precautions to keep away from railings or window edge especially children, please kindly be responsible and keep them out of the area

• Be aware that booked guests will be held responsible for any of their companion/s or visitor/s actions for any untoward incidents, intentional or not, that may cause harm, injury, damage or loss to any property or anyone affected.

Extensions are based on availability only. Please kindly check on availability as soon as you know you would like to extend your stay.
