The Camp

BOOKING GUIDELINES:

1. The Camp is open Mondays to Sundays from 6am to 12mn. Slots are divided into 2-hour sessions:
Monday-Friday:
a. Regular: Php 1,500/hr
i. 6am to 8am
ii. 8am to 10am
iii. 10am to 12pm
iv. 12pm to 2pm
v. 2pm to 4pm
b. Peak: Php 2,200/hr
i. 4pm to 6pm
ii. 6pm to 8pm
iii. 8pm to 10pm
iv. 10pm to 12am

Saturday & Sunday:
Php 2,200/hr
*book 4 hours, pay Php 8,000 only (savings of Php 800)
*book 10 sessions and pay outright, get + 1 session free

2. All advanced bookings must be fully paid as soon as the reservation has been made.
a. All reservations are considered tentative until it has been fully paid. A 24-hour grace period will be given upon reservation of a slot for payment process. A “primary” team’s reserved slot may be acquired by another team/person if the “secondary” team’s payment is ready for the same slot (an unpaid slot reservation can be taken by another team with payment after the 24-hour grace period). The Camp will not be required to notify you that your slot has been given up.

b. There is no guarantee for a slot for those who will pay at the time of their actual schedule unless no one else will book the same slot.

3. Cancellations and re-scheduling will be accepted if advise is given at least 48 hours (2 days) before the booked slot. If cancellation is made within 48 hours (2 days) of booking schedule, all payments made will be forfeited.
*For unforeseen events such as typhoon, flooding, etc. please contact The CAMP for rescheduling.

4. A No-Show will automatically forfeit all payments made.
