The Boiling Seafood

Some people are driven to create the world's fastest cars or the world's tallest buildings. But our calling is only slightly less glamorous but a whole lot tastier. We created our group to produce the tastiest shrimps and prawns by using our method of Cajun or Creole cooking.

A mission of this magnitude requires an obsession with quality, and it all begins with fresh, never frozen, shrimps, prawns and other seafood. Of course, we will also serve some old time favorites such as Crispy Fried Chicken Wings and some soup and pasta for the kids.

Our theme would be on a big boat catching seafood and these assorted seafood will be rolled out on a table and our guests will be eating these catch with their bare hands. We also have in mind to include some Western side dishes: corn on the cob, baked potatoes and the like.

We also plan that this concept be easily available for take away without the hassle of waiting for a long time as we are finding eco friendly containers for this.
