It’s a one to one session designed around you and your experience of the gym. If you’ve never been before we can start with an introduction to the equipment but if you’ve been attending for a while they’ll focus on the activities that will move you towards your goals.

Super gym features a lot of benches, Smith machines, power racks, several free weights and cardio equipment. It also has a spacious locker room, a salon, massage room, sauna, steam room and a snack bar (Mr. DIET restaurant). Super Gym also has rooms specially dedicated for boxing and Taekwondo training.

Clients can avail of classes in aerobics, boot camps, kick boxing, Taekwondo, Pilates and yoga.
