i. This Facebook page is considered as an online community for the unit owners, sellers and others who are interested in Stonewell. The primary purpose of this page is for Rockwell Land Corporation to build relationships with Stonewell's growing community. We aim to promote an informative and pleasing online experience for the members of our page, and this page is our medium to communicate the following:

a. Property and construction updates about Stonewell
b. Rockwell Affordable Housing Team-initiated events and promotions

ii. In addition to the said information, not all queries will be answered directly and publicly, but this fan page may also serve as one of the contact points for inquiries relating to any of the following:
a. Pre-selling Inquiries
b. Venue Inquiries
c. Secondary Sales Inquiries
d, Broker Inquries

In lieu of the company’s protocol with regards to direct contact, these inquiries should be coursed through private or offline messaging between the Client and Stonewell in order for them to be answered. We reserve the right to delete public postings regarding these inquiries.
