VISION STATEMENT:

1. To establish a strong healthy Cell Groups in every barangay
in the City of San Fernando and Satellite Cell Churches in
towns and cities of Pampanga and wherever the Holy
Spirit will reveal and lead us to go.

2.To establish a strong positive influence in the City of San
Fernando and Pampanga through active participation in
Community services and projects.
