FOUNDATION

SMART DRIVING CORPORATION had its simple roots in España, Manila. Established in August 8, 2000, it began its mission with just 1 training vehicle and 1 branch sales office. Having in mind the convenience and welfare of our students and corporate clients, and with the utmost diligence in fulfilling our Commitment, SMART DRIVING CORPORATION have grown to Seventy-one (71) branch sales offices with over One-hundred-ten (110) training vehicles including latest brand new training vehicles such as the Mitsubishi Montero, Mirage, G4, Lancer; Toyota Fortuner, Altis, Vios, Innovas; and the Honda City, and Civic. Having the two most accessible Driving Training Center, SMART DRIVING CORPORATION makes it easier for students and clients to execute drill practice during their driving lessons. The Smart Driving Training Center not only allows those who wish to practice driving maneuvers before securing their Driver's License -- it also lets the young practice driving at an earlier age preparing them for their future real time driving lessons.

SMART DRIVING CORPORATION promotes FUEL EFFICIENCY and had been in this practice the past 14 years. The Smart Driving Instructors are monitored of their fuel consumption against their travel every day and we are able to determine fuel allocation for the next day for their teaching schedules. This way we are able to prevent unnecessary travel by the training vehicle, maximize FUEL EFFICIENCY by having the student or client driver employ fuel-saving habits, and at the same time contribute to saving the environment. This practice is observed for all students and clients including the more than 400 employee participants/driving students in the MANILA WATER EMPLOYEE DRIVING TRAINING PROGRAM at the Balara, Q.C. grounds of the Manila Water Company, Inc. The partnership continues to this day.

SMART DRIVING CORPORATION is a recurring partner of ISUZU Philippines Corporation having our staff act as official verifiers for the Fuel Endurance Challenge held multiple times every year. Participant driver and navigator monitored and rated by us in terms of compliance to the rules of the challenge including fuel consumption at the pit stops, and observance of the Traffic Rules, Regulations, and Safety while having a road trip through the major highways from Manila to the top of Luzon then down to Matnog, Sorsogon before going back to Manila. FUEL EFFICIENCY of the vehicles used is then carefully determined by Smart Driving Corporation.

SMART DRIVING CORPORATION is a consistent partner of organizations that is in line with our advocacy on ROAD SAFETY. We have partnered with Total Philippines' 'Drive City' collaborating with the Philippine Global ROAD SAFETY Partnership, Kotse.com, CAMPI, Autohub group, AAP, SOPI, Highway Patrol Group, and the MMDA for the first live-traffic challenge in the Philippines. Our objective is to increase awareness on ROAD SAFETY while promoting FUEL EFFICIENCY.

The Fundamental commitment of our company is to produce quality -trained, responsible student drivers and driver clients who will practices proper defensive driving attitude & behavior, defensive driving safety techniques, understands Traffic Rules and Regulations, and gives due respect to other road users. We provide our students and clients with THE GUIDELINES FOR DRIVING LESSONS that serves our "CONTRACT" to assure everyone goes through the complete listed lessons that would include the foundation skills on how to properly operate a motor vehicle, and infuse ROAD SAFETY habits into their driving.
