QUALITY AND BEAUTY:
First and foremost, please do know that we give high importance to quality over appearance of our creation. We will use prime materials and top craftsmanship will be applied since our men our seasoned by decades and are well trained.

Hence if you like the way our furniture looks, you would be happy to know that your order with us are more of investment than expense since its market value doubles or compounds yearly. It will be like jewelries that will give true elegance to your home.

WE MANUFACTURE CUSTOM MADE FURNITURE AND FIXTURES.
First do know that as for now we are only manufacturers of custom made furniture and fixture. Meaning we don’t have a finish product for display and for retail. However, We have plans on having our own display room soon but for now, you are all welcome to visit us here in our shop to check our materials, craftmanship and production. We also have vintage inspired decors to add more sophistication to your orders.

INQUIRY AND HOW TO ORDER:
First step in ordering is to send us photos of furniture you want us to make for you. We have plenty of photos and videos here from our albums, plus the unlimited photos from the internet. You can send many photos as reference to your design.

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. We will highly appreciate if you will not send photos from other furniture shops for it is their creation, not ours. We would like to initiate and promote mutual respect and understanding with them. We believe it will be unfair on their part since they are the ones who spend time and effort for that. If you like their creation and photos, it is better po if you will order from them. We will be happy for them too in a way that their income will also give more comfort to their loved ones. After all, that is the basic reason why we are all striving to earn, for our family.


OUR PRICE:
We don't have fixed price since basically we offer custom-made service. Hence the price will depend on the design, dimensions, materials, style and craftsmanship needed. Please note that the price range and difference are strongly dictated by the price of wood per board feet and it vary per supplier.

Nevertheless, the key step in knowing our price range is PHOTO (first step). You can comment on our post or you can send it to us.


OUR PAYMENT SCHEME:
OPTION 1:
50% down payment 50% upon full delivery.
OPTION 2:
50% down payment then balance will be paid monthly up to 6 months. Delivery upon full payment
OPTION 3:
50% down payment. We accept Post Dated Cheques (PDC) for 3 to 6 months payment. Delivery is upon completion even without full payment.

SPECIAL OPTION EXCLUSIVE for OFWs:
LAY- AWAY PAYMENT
Price will be divided into 3 to 6 months. Delivery upon full payment or upon issuance of post-dated cheques (PDCs).


YOUR BUDGET PLAN:
We will also appreciate it if you could share it with us so we can COMPROMISE AND ADJUST the materials and dimensions. That is the beauty of custom made and made to order anyway. Moreover, we can also give you suggestions based on our expertise, so we can bring true elegance to your home within your budget.

Please remember, as I've said earlier, we give PRIORITY to QUALITY, so we hope your budget won't sacrifice it. We will be glad to explain the consequences, the pros and the cons if necessary. I'm sure you will learn a lot and appreciate your furniture more.


WE PROVIDE REGULAR UPDATES:
This is one of the many reason why our clients REORDER and REFER us to their loved ones.
We keep our clients posted with photos and videos as to the production of their orders. From materials to slicing to cutting, to plaining, to sanding, to coating and to upholstery. You know how your furniture was made. In this manner you would also see and appreciate the craftmanship and the quality of our creations.

In fact we are open anytime. We encourage you or your loved ones can come here even UNANNOUNCED. We also accommodate video calls for an actual update.

As I've mentioned earlier you would appreciate your furniture more.

COMPLETION OF YOUR ORDER:
It really depends on the style and size. Plus, other factors like weather for coating. We also make sure that the wood we will used our seasoned and dry. Hence this will really make time.

However, you would know and be aware about the status of your orders since you will be given updates.


DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS:
We are based in Midsayap, Cotabato but we do deliveries nationwide. We can refer you to our trusted contact of forwarders. Delivery fee depends on the number of furniture or load and the distance of delivery point.
