Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Camarines Sur

The Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Camarines Sur is the legislative branch of the Provincial Government of Camarines Sur under the leadership of Vice Governor Fortunato “Ato” C. Peña.

Our province is one of the most beautiful places to see in the Philippines and holds the top spot for the country’s most visited tourist destination. Gov. LRay Villafuerte, its visionary Governor, is the man behind the unprecedented transformation of the province from what has once been a poverty ridden area and frequently editorialized as a typhoon-prone province to the most sought after tourist destination and the extreme sports mecca in the Philippines today, rivaling the popularity of Boracay in the Visayas.

A man of innovation and unconventional ideas, Vice Gov. Fortunato Peña endeavors to further spur the progress and development that the CamSur Governor has spawned for the province through the concerted efforts of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan.
