How to find our location:

(Coming from Alabang market, take the Alabang-Zapote Rd., Landmarks on the left side are Alabang Town Center, Metro, Mcdo, Molito Mall, Madrigal Business Park, Suzuki, Caltex then turn left on Honda Phils. At the corner of Commerce Ave. and Ayala Alabang Village you will see a road going to Ayala Southvale(you are now entering Daang Hari Rd). where you will find Seaside Restaurants, Caltex, King Bee Resto, Shell, Southvale Village, Portofino Hts., Katarungan Village and Sampaguita Medium Prison( on the left side). At the intersection you will see Rustan's Fresh, Macdo, Petron. Don't turn right coz that's going to Molino, Bacoor. Just cross the intersection where you will see BRITTANY PORTOFINO (they call it Daang Reyna). You will see on your right Fernbrooks (dome that looks like Araneta Coliseum, Portofino South, and at the end of Daang Reyna is Amore where you will find a rotonda-like road, Turn left on that road where you will enter an ungated village. Turn left (asphalted road) where you will find an unmanned gate (on the right is Parco Bello). You will see a flying-saucer like water tank on your right. Turn left on Ruby Park (Clover) where you will find a pink house at that corner. From that pink house, S&C is the 10th house on the left (green garage).

Pool Rules:
1. Use pool at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
2. Please watch for your things and valuables for we are not responsible for your losses
3. Wear proper swimming attire:
3.1 Bathing suits for female
3.2 Fitted swimming trunks for male
3.3 Only white shirts and gartered shorts with no zipper, strictly no wearing of colored shirts and maong fabrics
3.4 Girls with long hair are advised to wear swimming cap to avoid clogging the pool
4. Infants/ Children not toilet-trained must wear swim diapers under swimsuits. No diaper please!
5. Shower first before dipping into the pool.
6. Children 12 yrs. old and under must be accompanied by responsible adult or parent.
7. Diving or doing acrobatic act on the pool is strictly prohibited.
8. Strictly no glass, food or alcoholic beverages in the pool area.
9. No animals allowed.
10. The owner reserves the right to deny use of pool to anyone at any time.
11. No lifeguard on duty.
12. Use the restroom not the pool please!
13. Please observe proper decorum and cleanliness at all times.
14. Please remove hair clips/hair pins before dipping into the pool to avoid clogging.
15. Damage to the property, assets, furniture and fixtures shall be paid/settled by the renter before leaving the premises.

Rates and Amenities:

SEASON RATES STARTING DECEMBER 2016

Day Swimming (8am-5pm only)

- P 6,000 - if 2 rooms (big/small)
- P 5,500- if 1 big room only
- P 5,000- if 1 small room only
- P 4,500- if no rooms included


Overnight Swim: ( 8 pm-6 am only)

- P 7,000 - if 2 rooms (big/small)
-P 6,500 - if 1 big room only
- P6,000 - if 1 small room only
- P 5,500- if no rooms included

Maximum of 25 persons/additional P 100 /person in excess of 25.
We will be collecting 1000 pesos for security deposit upon check in and refundable upon check out if there's no damage or violation done.
P500/hr. for extension depends on the discretion of the management.



Pool Area:
1 large pool (4 by 11 meters- 5.5 ft.), adults and kiddie combined
2 level- dining area (with tables and chairs), the ground floor area with bar counter, cooking and dishwashing area
1 Refrigerator
BBQ grill
Shower rooms (separate CRs for male and female|)
Free use of Videoke Machine (up to 10:00 pm only at night)
1 Gas Stove (additional P200 for gas)
2-Car Garage with CR
1 TV set
Additional charges: P200 for LPG gas, P100 for every electrical gadgets, (e.g. laptop, rice cooker, water heater, etc.)
Damages to properties shall be settled before leaving the place.

Terms of Payment:
At least 50% deposit in cash or to be deposited to my account, BDO S.A. 8050027916 Cristina/Sharon Margrethe Aganan ,
non-refundable, the balance upon arrival.

Pls. bring your own cooking wares, food and drinking water.
