Sandakan AIDS Support Group Association (SAGA)
Sandakan Aids Support Group Association was created in line with the National Strategic Plan on HIV/AIDS 2006-2010 (NSP) and becomes a partner organisation of Malaysian AIDS Council which serves as an umbrella organisation to support and coordinate the efforts of organisations working on HIV/AIDS issues in Malaysia. SAGA officially started on 8th December 2008 Together with other partner organisations work as a team to provide nationwide coverage and serve as the common voice for the community.

General Objective
1. To raise awarenss and understanding HIV/STI affection.
2. To create awarness on sexual related issues eg: single parent, teenage pregnancy, sex exploitation, human trafficking and domestic violence.
3. Identify high risk behavior in its community eg: alcohol, addiction, drug and multiple partner
4. To promote its community to adopt positive healthy life style

Specific Objective
1. Reduce HIV/STI transmission
2. Provide platform to give information on sexual related issued and high risk behavior
3. To promote HIV screening and referral to health care facilities
4. To address marginalized group for positive living
5. To create enabling environment for PLHIV
