- Sound system for events such as weddings, small to medium-capacity concerts, university activities, graduations and other school activities, organization activities, gigs, birthday parties, etc..

- fully airconditioned and well-maintained band room (150 per hour)

- selling musical instruments (electric/acoustic/classical/bass guitar, keyboard, drumsets and parts, beatbox, violin, ukelele, flute, tambourine, banduria, marakas/shaker); musical supplies (microphone, cord, guitar stand, capo/strings/pick, straps, etc..); music magazines, songbooks, chord charts; ....even cellphone load. ;)

- selling some sports stuff as well (table tennis/badminton racket, etc...)
