Rosan Cruz: Live, Heal, Bloom

When Rosan shed the corporate life, she decided to follow a higher calling to serve others. This higher calling is in line with her practice as a Kundalini Yoga teacher, a journey she has followed, practiced, and studied closely for over four years. She trained with Legacy Teachers – the teachers who have trained with Kundalini Yoga founder, Yogi Bhajan. Aside from yoga, Rosan is also a certified life coach, Theta Healer and sound healer As a theta healer, she trained under ThetaHealing® founder, Vianna Sibal. This all comes together as a part of her advocacy for people to be the best they can be to lead happy, healthy and successful lives. As someone who has made the change to be happy and to serve others, Rosan teaches as a way to pay it forward. She believes that people will find the courage in themselves to truly live the life they want.
