• Manufacture, Erection, Delivery & Handling, Retouch and Painting
• Some parts like propeller, engine, landing gears and base plate will be manufactured in Pampanga and it will be transported to the site.
• The steel mainframe of the following parts fuselage, wings, and vertical tail will be assembled and cast at the site.
