Resurrection Garden Ossuary - IHMP

The Resurrection Garden Ossuary is a community of peace-seeking souls in the church yard of Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish in Maysilo, Malabon City. The Chapel and Main Burial area is an awe-inspiring structure built in honor of the risen Christ, the Savior of the World.

From this place springs forth an overflow of God's love and compassion, where one feels that death is not the end of life but instead the beggining of a new life with the Lord.

History

The Resurrection Garden Ossuary, a brain child of Fr. Dandi Bermejo, is the ultimate fund raising of Immaculate Heart of Mary for the various projects of the parish including the Immaculate Heart of Mary School - Malabon.

The word 'ossuary' comes from the Latin word 'ossum' which means bone. An ossuary is a sacred place where the bones and ashes of our departed loved ones are kept.

It is a garden type ossuary where an ambiance of peace, joy, comfort, serenity and holiness is created as mourners commune with the beauty of nature around them.

The beautiful chapel is the centerpiece of the Ressurection Garden Ossuary. Donors have the privilege to use the chapel's facilities and services for masses and wakes. Perpetual Sunday masses are held in the parish for the repose of those buried here, an unquatifiable spiritual privilege.

The crypts have marble stone markers, stainless steel crosses, and flower holders. Each crypt can fit up 4 sets of human bones or ashes.

It has an offertory hall, where one can light a candle for personal intentions and repose of the souls of their loved ones.

There is a 24-hour security and a 50-vehicle parking area this gated community.
