Promenade Hotel Sdn Bhd is a successful local chain hotel that owns and manages Promenade Hotel Kota Kinabalu – a 4-Star International Business Class City Hotel strategically located in the heart of Kota Kinabalu City - the state capital of Sabah. Due to its consistently excellent overall performance since its opening in 1997, Promenade Hotel Sdn Bhd was officially appointed by Sabah Urban Development Corporation Sdn Bhd (SUDC) to manage its building in the district of Tawau, Sabah as Promenade Hotel Tawau, Sabah in Year 2009; launched its first international venture with the opening of Promenade Hotel Fujian in the P. R. of China in Year 2012; successfully opened Promenade Hotel Bintulu, Sarawak in 2014 and currently working on the construction of Promenade Hotel Kuching, Sarawak.
