A man of food by heart and a woman who loves to eat, Bryant and Antonette, both grew up in the City of Ilagan, and the couple presents to you their very own passion, the PIZZA YSABELA.

Food is what they love most and making pizza is one of his passions and one of her admirations is baking. They wanted to share "what pizza really is", they then decided to open PIZZA YSABELA. Our very own AUTHENTIC NEAPOLITAN STYLE PIZZA.

Our pizza store is located at Barangay San Vicente, City of Ilagan, Isabela and the first and only pizza store that offers AUTHENTIC NEAPOLITAN STYLE PIZZA in the province. Baked to perfection using our own charcoal PUGON (fire brick oven). For our artisan pizza style, we only use quality wheat Italian flour (non-bleached) and every pizza dough are prepared and baked fresh daily with our special blend toppings.

The beauty of our pizza defines how it looks. The "Cornicione" or the edge or raised rim of the pizza and the "Leopard Spotting" or the black spots on the cornicione will differ us from other pizza stores who use electric ovens or conventional gas ovens. Our pizza cornicione is soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The leopard spotting will only determine that the pizza is cooked to the dough's goodness that it will only be delivered to you using the pugon.

Our pizza sauce is made only from its most basic ingredient, the tomato sauce, that can give you the sourness but juicy and sweet, blended with fresh and dried herbs and spices.

We choose quality and fresh toppings with our fruits and vegetables that are delivered from Nueva Vizcaya and Benguet provinces. Our different kinds of meats and cheeses are bought fresh and some are imported, chilled to its freshness to ensure its quality taste.

The name PIZZA YSABELA is generously and unselfishly suggested to us by our mentors Chef Ricky Lee Saint John and his lovely wife, Mary Jane Bangga. Both are from Pizza Freaks. Rick's idea for the PIZZA YSABELA name defines its simplicity and who is our surrounding market. The couple taught and guided us all about pizza. Creating it from scratch up to business management and future expansions. Ideas and visions they whole-heartedly shared to us through their experiences.
