Usual rate costs P7.5k but may vary depending on number of nights and the date of intended stay.

- 1 Bedroom Apartment can accommodate upto 7 pax
- Fully furnished unit
- 1 king size bed, pull out bed and sofa bed

Fees are exclusive of the guest fee access in Pico De Loro. Guests needs to pay Pico De Loro gate charge amounting to P1200 per adult (peak season) in order to register and gain access to country club's facilities and main beach.

House Rules:
- Check in time: 2:00 pm
- Please indicate name of occupants and their age for registration (This will be validated upon Pico De Loro's gate entrance)
- Bath towels and toiletries are not included
- Unit is privately owned by individual owners/ members of Pico De Loro
