Philippine Seafarers Training Center - PSTC

The Philippine Seafarers Training Center (PSTC) is the brainchild of CAPT. WILLIJADO P. ABUID (+) in response to the increasing demand for quality training among Filipino seafarers.

PSTC was officially registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) n March 18, 1983 and was subsequently licensed and authorized by the Maritime Training Council (MTC) to offer training courses in accordance with formulated national Conventions and recommendations, promulgated by IMO and ILO for seafarers.

The offices and training facilities of PSTC are presently located at 938 Arlegui St., Quiapo, Manila. The sites for practical exercises and training on Basic Safety Courses, Proficiency in survival Craft and Rescue Boat are located in Barangay Real, Calamba and Barangay Tadlac, Los Baños in Laguna.
