Pencilplay Learning Center is a little school catering to children ages 2-4 years old aiming on developing their skills holistically through activities that stimulate and motivate their interest and academic growth in a nurturing environment. It is also a tutorial center for children in preschool and elementary level needing extra help with their academics.
