About PECAN PENSION HOUSE
We provided a homely experiences to our guests. We want our guests to feel comfortable and relax while they stay. When our guests arrive into our humble home, Pecan Pension House friendly staff will always welcome our guests with complimentary bottles of water in their rooms. Also, our employees are fluently speak Ilonggo, Karay-a (native dialect of Sta. Barbara), Tagalog (national language), and English. In addition, we provide shuttle rides or we can contact Taxi, so our guests can reach to their location(s). Also, Pecan Pension House and Cafe is only 5 minutes away from the historic town of Santa Barabara. The town offers great public market, local eateries, local shops, historical buildings, and sceneries. Furthermore, we will provide more services in the future.

About OUR ROOMS
Our 8 pastel colored rooms are inspired of the calm floral garden which it brings calm feelings to our guests. Also, Pecan Pension House provides complimentary bottles of water,toilettes, and free WIFI. In addition, our rooms are air conditioned and well furnished. For our guests to enjoy their morning, we serve a complimentary of 1 cup of coffee per guest from 7 am to 10 am ; therefore, our guests can relax and sit on our beautiful patio facing the green scenic farm view without busy roads and city traffic sounds.

Single Bedroom: 800 pesos
Double Bedroom:1000 pesos
Top Floor Bedroom: ~ prices change frequently
