PCY St. Ildephonsus de Toledo

The Parish Commission on Youth is the highest governing youth organization of St. Ildephonse Parish. As such it acts as umbrella organization of all the youth organizations and affiliations including the Sub-Parish Youth organizations of chapels/barangays under it. It is a commission under the Parish Pastoral Council that deals primarily on youth and on how it should be formed physically, spiritually, intellectually and socially. It's main purpose is to draw the youth nearer to God by means of Formations, Communion and Service to God, Church, and country.

Rev. Fr. Reynaldo V. Rivera, the Parish Priest of San Ildefonso Parish is the Overall Chairman of the Parish Pastoral Council. As such he is also the Chairman of the Commission on Youth. Queenie Rose Marcelo acts as the President and Coordinator of the PCY to the Vicarial Commission on Youth of Vicariate of St. James (Plaridel).
