Paradise Village

Paradise Village used to house Cebu's elite families back in the 1970's. Since then, the real estate of the area continues to skyrocket. In the 1990s, most of the original residents rented out their houses and lots to foreigners, business executives, or anyone who could afford the steep prices. Only a few of the original occupants remain as residents in the Village.

What separates Paradise Village from other subdivisions in Cebu, is the security. A closed gate, 24 hour roving armed guards, and resident car stickers are only a few of this Subdivision's security protocols.

Paradise Village also has their own Water Supply independent from the Municipality of Cebu. The village also has a Kiddie Park, Chapel, Basketball court, and a Volleyball court.
