Palawenos Chaolong House

Palawenos Chaolong House is located in the center of Santa Fe, Bantayan Island Cebu, so unique, as this is the only restaurant serving Vietnamese Cuisine on Bantayan Island. The Chaolong recipe I brought over from Palawan, where it was introduced to us (Palawenos) by The Vietnamese Refugees. As a proud Palawena i want to share Chaolong to Santafehanon with my personal touch, I created something awesome as told to me by my many guests. Homemade rice noodles, a choices of shredded meat such as chicken, beef and pork. Garnish with mongo sprout, spring onion, fresh mint leaves, basil, lemon leaves, white onion, jalapeno chili, and my secret Vietnamese herb are the ingredients of this fantastic soup. We also serve Bahn Mi Sandwich a crusty and chewy baguette with thousand island dressing, pickled papaya, cucumber and tomato topped with either chicken, pork or beef shredded meat. Fresh Vietnamese Spring Rolls with Hoisin and peanut sauce. A refreshing Iced coffee Vietnamese Style, lemon Grass Ginger Tea. Fresh lemonade and mango juice.
