Reinforcing the Filipino values of Family, Faith, and Friendship, we will help Youth set goals, overcome barriers and increase self-confidence.

DESCRIPTION OF CORE VALUES
1.Spiritual Decision Making
The ropes course experience will bring youth to a place of decision for Christ. Christians will be challenged to take the next step in their faith to become spiritual multipliers (disciples) who will impact their families, friends, barangay, city, and the world.

2.Servant Staff
As Jesus served His disciples, the staff and volunteers of Outland Adventure are servants of those who participate in the programs. They will make the ropes course experience fun, practical, and safe while communicating God’s love.

3.Safety
Outland Adventure will adhere to the strictest international safety standards in all operations. Only the highest quality equipment will be utilized and continual safety training will be mandated for all staff and volunteers.

4.Support Resource
Outland Adventure is committed to supporting the body of Christ and those who seek to make a difference in the lives of youth through our programs, follow-up assistance, training, and counsel. This includes churches; parachurch organizations, youth workers, schools, and government agencies.

5.Sustainability
Corporate team building, pre-evangelistic and character building programs will be offered to the public on a limited basis as a means of financing low cost or free youth ministry programs. Foundation membership will enable others to participate in the ministry. No youth will be denied accessibility due to economic hardship.
