From its temporary home as a quasi-parish at the PV 10 chapel located at the corner of Sampaguita and Ilang-Ilang streets, a new church for the OMPH Parish now stands at the corner of St. Rita and Daang Hari streets, Brgy. Tanyag, Taguig City. The quasi-parish was elevated to parish status last October 2015 under the administration of Fr. Juvi Q. Coronel, OMPH Parish Priest.

As a quasi-parish and now as a full-fledged parish, the OMPH Parish provides liturgical services, spiritual formation activities, and other community-building activities as it aims to form a strong community of believers moved by God's love and generosity to be disciples of Jesus Christ and with Mary our mother and model.
