Our Lady of Manaoag College Inc.

The Holy Rosary Academy of Manaoag was founded in 1940 by Rev. Fr. TeoduloCajigal, OP with the primary purpose of providing the children of Manaoag with Catholic education. The institution has Preliminary, Secondary and the last 2001, College Department emerged. The Our Lady of Manaoag College is located at Castro Street Brgy. Poblacion Manaoag, Pangasinan.

To be of greater service to the local community, the Board of Trustees of the Holy Rosary Academy, with Rev. QuiricoPedregosa, OP as Chairman, decided in July 2000 to offer collegiate courses in the school. This was the changes to Our Lady of Manaoag College. With the same year, the Provincial Council of the Dominican Province of the Philippines confirmed the decision of the Board of Trustees. Rev. Fr. Patricio A. Apa, OP, incumbent prior of Our Lady of the Rosary Priory and Sr. Ma. Corazon R. Moraza, OP worked for the approval of the College by the Commission of Higher Education (CHED).

In 2001, the Commission on Higher Education granted the Institution a permit to offer collegiate courses in the Arts and Humanities, Education, Business and Computer Education. Likewise, the Technical Skills Development Authority (TESDA) granted the institution a permit to offer vocational courses such Computer Programming and Computer Technician. The school also offers the degree of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Bachelor of Business Administration. Our Lady of Manaoag College is administered by our president Rev. Fr. Jerry Manlangit O.P with the help of Sr. Lorenza S. Sajul, O.P for college department. The school is also having an annual celebration which is adopt a child for the elementary level where we adopt two hundred or more students from different schools.
