Vision / Mission Statement
We the Oblates of Notre Dame, are a gift of God to the Church. We are a community of women of faith, called to share in Christ’s mission of evangelization. We are disciples of Christ the Poor of whom we radically witness by our simple and flexible lifestyle and in our solidarity with the poor.
Ever seeking the Father’s will, we are sensitive to the promptings of the Holy Spirit as we respond creatively and qualitatively to the needs of the people, particularly the poor, the deprived, the oppressed, the marginalized and the exploited in a given culture and situation.
We are ecclesial women manifesting God’s liberating through our varies pastoral ministries. Being one with our people in their-death situation, we become signs of hope and joy as together we actively participate in the transformation of society towards the building of God’s kingdom.
With Mary our Patroness and Model we journey together with our people toward the realization of her Magnificat as strive to please the Father always.
