The National Intelligence Coordinating Agency, (NICA,) is the organization that examines foreign and domestic situations and then prepares intelligence estimates to direct, integrate, and coordinate the activities of the government; including, the day-to-day decisions and policies that are made by the President, the Presidential Cabinet, and the Director of the National Security Council.
