The Leader School of Excellence with a land area of 7.3 hectares, New Ormoc City National High School is located at Barangay Don Felipe Larrazabal, Ormoc City, Leyte, Philippines, 1 kilometer from the heart of the City.

It offers 3 curricula, The Science & Technology Classes, the Basic Education Curriculum (BEC) and Special Education (SPEd) for the Hearing Impaired and it has 4 (four) programs namely Open High School, Computer Aided Instruction, Applied Academic for Excellence (APEX) and Night High School.

New Ormoc City National High School has now 103 teachers, 6 non-teaching personnel in the regular plantilla, 11 Job Order teachers being paid by the local government and 8 other employees being paid by the PTA. It has 4,894 students for the School Year 2007-2008.
